STEP 2:
SIGN: After step 1, you will have the option to complete your online application now or complete later. If you choose to complete it later, you will receive an email with the link to access your online application at any time. If applicable, once you have completed and signed all the forms, your co-applicant will receive a separate email to complete their signatures.
UPLOAD: After step 1, we will be sending you, and your co-applicant (if applicable) an email with the link to upload the required documents to complete your application.

** REMINDER ** The Association has 10 days to process from the date of a COMPLETED application.
** REMINDER ** Management will NOT ACCEPT incomplete applications. They will be RETURNED.
WE WISH TO CALL THE FOLLOWING TO YOUR ATTENTION:
1. The Palm Beach House Management requires all leased units to provide proof of an H06 insurance policy.
2. The City of West Palm Beach requires an Occupancy Permit to lease a unit. All new leases must include a permit and documentation of the Landlord’s license to be provided to the Management Office as part of the Rental Application Package.

Both need to be updated yearly and provided to management.
SELLING YOUR UNIT?
1. Owners/Realtors must file with the office a Notice of Intent to Sell or Lease form (Click Here) prior to the property being listed at The Palm Beach House for sale or transfer.
2. For Lockbox location visit the office or the front desk. All Lockboxes must be registered with the office.
3. Realtors are required to show their realtor license/credentials to the Front Desk in order to show a property at the Palm Beach House.
