Here at The Palm Beach House we are always trying hard to accommodate you, whether you need to move in or out or are expecting a delivery of any kind. In order to keep things by the book and orderly, we ask that you follow the Vendor Guidelines when planning any of these things. This way, we can help keep things organized and easy for you.
Attention Vendors! a list of what we need from you before beginning any work.
Architectural Review Application filled out & signed (owner & contractor) must have the following information
- General Contract Work form
- Submitted to DEP and attached herein Form DEP Form No. 62-257.900(1)
- Sketch / Drawing of work existing and proposed
- Rules for Contract work signed by owner & contractor
- $1000 deposit (Check made out to The Palm Beach House) to be returned upon submittal of passed final inspection to Management office.
- Copy of Worker’s Comp Insurance
- Copy of Liability Insurance with Association listed as additional insured
- Copy of permit application from City (filled out)
- Copy of Contractors License and Photo ID
- Spec sheet for type of sound proof material and windows proposed
Nothing will be submitted to the Board for approval unless all required documents are submitted and filled in completely.
